Dengtai's welded armor cages are purpose-built for modern battlefield threats. Fabricated from high-hardness ARMOX 500 ballistic steel, each cage is fully welded using AWS D1.1-certified procedures to deliver exceptional standoff protection against shaped charges, FPV drone attacks, RPGs, and small arms fire. Our welded construction eliminates weak points found in bolted assemblies, providing a monolithic armor structure that withstands repeated impacts.
Every welded armor cage is custom-engineered to match your vehicle's exact dimensions and threat profile. We offer full CAD design support, 3D modeling, and fitment verification before production begins. Our manufacturing facility in China is ISO 9001:2015 certified and specializes in military-grade armor fabrication with complete NDT inspection including ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, and dye penetrant examination on every weld.

All joints are full-penetration welded by AWS D1.1 certified welders. No bolts, no rivets — a true monolithic structure that withstands repeated blast and impact loading without joint failure.
High-Hardness Ballistic Steel
Fabricated from ARMOX 500 and Hardox 450 steel with Brinell hardness 450–500 HBW. Provides superior protection against 7.62×39 mm, 12.7 mm API, and RPG-7 shaped charge jets.
Custom Fit for Any Platform
Full 3D CAD modeling and custom fitment for HMMWV, MRAP, JLTV, Toyota Land Cruiser, Hilux, MAN trucks, and any tactical or civilian vehicle. No modification to the host vehicle required.
100% NDT Inspected
Every weld undergoes ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and dye penetrant examination (PT). Full inspection reports provided with every cage shipment.
Corrosion Protection Coating
Military-grade anti-corrosion treatment: hot-dip galvanizing or CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) paint. Tested to 500+ hours salt spray resistance per ASTM B117.
Quick-Install Mounting System
