Dengtai specializes in heavy steel fabrication for defense and military applications. Our 50,000 m² facility is equipped with CNC plasma cutters handling plate up to 150 mm thick, 100-ton overhead cranes, and robotic welding stations certified to AWS D1.1 and ISO 3834 standards. We fabricate armor components, structural hull sections, turret inserts, and ballistic shielding for armored vehicles, naval vessels, and fixed fortifications.

Every defense project follows a strict quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2015. Our NDT lab performs ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and radiographic testing (RT) on all load-bearing welds. We maintain full material traceability from mill certificate to final assembly, with documentation packages meeting MIL-STD-129 and DFARs requirements.
