Lightweight Anti-Drone Mesh for Rapid Deployment Protection

Dengtai's Anti Drone Mesh is a lightweight, high-tensile steel wire mesh protection system designed to defeat FPV drones, quadcopters, and loitering munitions. Unlike heavy cage armor, the mesh system provides wide-area overhead and side protection with minimal weight addition to the host platform.

The mesh operates on an entanglement and deflection principle — drones that fly into the mesh become entangled in the wire grid or are deflected away from the protected area, preventing impact with the vehicle or installation. The 50×50 mm aperture is specifically optimized to catch common FPV drone frame sizes while maintaining excellent visibility and airflow.

Manufactured from galvanized high-carbon steel wire with optional stainless steel grades for corrosive environments, the mesh panels can be rapidly installed using existing vehicle mounting points or standalone support frames. Dengtai offers custom panel sizes, edge reinforcements, and integration with existing cage armor systems for layered protection.
